Delivery and returns
We use a mix of Evri & Royal Mail services.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a linked tracking number, where you will be able to track your package right to your door.
We only offer express delivery so our bars arrive as fresh as possible. Orders are shipped within 24hrs.

We operate Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will always aim to ship at the next available opportunity.
Shipping times are from the point of your order being dispatched, not from the point the order is placed.

Refunds
We take great pride in the quality of our products. They should reach you in the best possible condition. We have never had a parcel arrive defective, however, if you do find this when you receive your box please open it right away, and if there has been any damage or deterioration during transit please head to the Contact us page to fill out the contact form and we will reply to you within 3 business days.
